Available permissions in ONEDC

ONEDC includes the following permissions:

User Management	Administer user account profiles and access permissions.	Access
Alerts	Alerts permission gives users the ability to create email and portal notifications to warn you of changes to your rack.	Alerts (Advanced Management)
Add-on services	Manage your data centre infrastructure including rack services, Mission Critical Space (MCX), rooftop space, eWaste disposal, etc. See What are Value-add Services (VASs).
Colocation	Manage, monitor and visualise your rack environments.
Devices	Access to the device templates and rack visualisation features. Navigate to racks users have permission to view. (Pending permissions) Manage, unlock on site, or remotely unlock.	Assets (Advanced Management)
Networks	Access to the networking features of ONEDC to manage IP allocations of devices.
Logs	Controls a user’s ability to generate Rack Access logs and view Rack Audits. Logs. Manage permission is required to create a new Rack Audit entry.	Logs
Reporting	Provides access to the reports ONEDC can provide including monthly power draw, environment readings, and single point of failure simulations.
Connectivity	Permissions to manage Cross Connects (CC) and Structured Cabling (SC) to enable connectivity to the NEXTDC ecosystem.
Service Management	Permissions for activities related to customer service. The permission controls the types of tickets the user can create and the information they can view: View All Tickets – lets all users in the group to view all tickets raised across all users in the tenant View My Tickets - restricts the user to viewing only the tickets they have raised Request Escorted Access for Guests Request Unescorted Access for Contractors Request Parking Request Meeting Room Request Staging Room Book Delivery Request Induction Request Manage IDAC Request Remote Hands Request Permit to Work Request Cable Licence Request Connectivity Request to Decommission Connectivity Manage NEXTNeutral Request General Tickets Book Tour	Service Management

ONEDC has the following additional legacy permissions:

Environment	Environment permission lets users view the humidity and temperature readings for the rack.
Power	View permission lets users view the power readings for any rack they have been given permission to View in ONEDC. Users with Manage permission can also add power rails to their racks to assist with power draw calculations.
Spaces	Create and modify space details.
