What are Remote Hands and Professional Services?
NEXTDC Remote Hands (RH) service is available 24 x 7 to provide onsite technical and operational support. Remote Hands helps supports your business complete common tasks without the need for you to attend a facility.
You can request Remote Hands assistance as a:
- Single standalone request – e.g. assistance with deliveries and pickups, or
- Part of another requests – e.g. request RH to escort a visitor as part of a Facility Access request, or
- In combination with other requests – e.g. meeting room, staging room, etc.
For example, a Remote Hands request for an escort and parking will generate three cases – a Remote Hands Case, a guest access case and a parking case.

Remote Hands requests are typically completed within 4 working days however for a small surcharge you may expedite the remote hands request if required within 48 hours.
