What is a tenant and tenancy?
Users are assigned to specific customer accounts called “tenancies”.
Each customer that uses ONEDC has its own tenancy. The tenancy is a private place where all your customer data is stored and accessed.
As a user, you may have access to multiple tenancies. If you use the same user account information for each tenancy, ONEDC can link these together so that you can switch between tenancies in the portal using the same sign-in session to monitor and manage users, racks and services
IMPORTANT! You may have different permissions for each tenancy. For example, you may have permission to login to the ONEDC portal, add users or unlock racks for one tenancy, but not for another tenancy.
If you have multiple tenancies, you can show the current tenancy and change tenancies and set a default tenancy which automatically shows when you login.
