Only authorised persons can enter a NEXTDC facility. If you have a permanent IDAC card you can access the facility for authorised areas on a 24 x 7 x 365 basis.
You must submit an access request for visitors who do not have a permanent IDAC card.
IMPORTANT! All visitors must be escorted by a permanent IDAC holder from your tenancy or you can request a NEXTDC escort via Remote Hands.
Facility access requests are used to book visitor access, inductions, and facility resources (including parking, meeting rooms and staging rooms).
IMPORTANT: All persons wishing to enter a NEXTDC facility must:
- Complete an induction prior to being granted unescorted access
- Wear and display a NEXTDC issued Identity Access Card (IDAC).
- Comply with the Facility Rules wearing flat enclosed shoes.
- Only enter and leave the NEXTDC facility via the front entrance (except during an emergency evacuation).
