What is a user account profile?
User account profiles store information about users including contact information, authentication mechanisms, induction, IDAC and access information, whether the user can access the ONEDC Portal,
In ONEDC, your username is your email address and must be:
- A company email address (e.g. john@mycompany.com) and not from a generic email service such as Gmail, Yahoo etc.
- Individual and unique to you (e.g. john@mycompany.com not accounts@mycompany.com).
- Accessible only by you.
- Registered with Azure AD or Office 365. If this is not the case, ONEDC will prompt you to register on your first log in.
Your customer administrator will invite users to access ONEDC and will set the required permissions and group membership for each user. You must accept the ONEDC accuser account invitation to setup your account.
NOTE: If you have access to multiple tenancies, you may be able to access the ONEDC Portal for one tenancy, but not for another. Contact your customer administrator for any access issues.
