Showing your rack access summary

The rack access summary shows the racks you can access and your access permissions. The rack access summary can help resolve rack access issues (e.g. you cannot unlock a rack, manage racks or create an unmanaged rack).

To show the rack access summary:

1. In the Main Menu select the Person icon to view your current tenancy
2. Click My Profile to open My Profile.
3. In the Access Overview area, locate the Racks area and click View All.
4. ONEDC shows your rack access summary.
   NOTE: The greyed-out racks indicate managed racks that you do not have permission to manage. Contact your customer administrator for all changes.
5. Click X to close the rack access summary.

NOTE: To update your rack permissions, contact your customer administrator.
