Showing and updating your account information in My Profile
My Profile shows your account information including contact information, permissions, group memberships and your rack access summary. You can update selected information for your account based on the permissions assigned to your account.
NOTE: If you cannot update your information, contact your Customer Administrator.
If you have appropriate permissions, you can also show/update account information for another user.
To show/update your own account information:
- In the Main Menu select the Person icon to view your current tenancy
NOTE: If you are a member of multiple tenancies, use the Tenancy Selector to change tenancies or to set the default tenancy. - Click My Profile to show your information.
See What are profiles for a description of each field. - To edit your Details, click the paper and pencil edit icon.
- Update the information and click Save or click Cancel to quit without saving.
