Showing user account invitation history

 

The user account invitation history is a list of all users who have been sent invitations to use ONEDC. You must have Administrator permission to view the account invitation history and re-send user invitations.

To show the user account invitation history:

  1. Select User Management » Users.
  2. Click Invitation History.
  3. ONEDC shows the history of all account invitations.
  4. Click a link to view the invitation.

Invitations use the following status:

Status

Description

Sent

Invitation sent to user.

Pending

Invitation received by user and pending action.

Closed

Invitation process successfully completed.

Cancelled

Invitation cancelled (e.g. sent in error).

Expired

Invitations are valid for a set time only. The validity period has lapsed.

Error

Contact your Customer Administrator.

Administrators can only make changes to user account invitations with a state of Pending or Sent and can also re-send invitations to users do not action the requests before the expiry time.
