Showing user account invitation history
The user account invitation history is a list of all users who have been sent invitations to use ONEDC. You must have Administrator permission to view the account invitation history and re-send user invitations.
To show the user account invitation history:
- Select User Management » Users.
- Click Invitation History.
- ONEDC shows the history of all account invitations.
- Click a link to view the invitation.
Invitations use the following status:

Invitation sent to user. |

Invitation received by user and pending action. |

Closed |
Invitation process successfully completed. |

Cancelled |
Invitation cancelled (e.g. sent in error). |

Expired |
Invitations are valid for a set time only. The validity period has lapsed. |

Error |
Contact your Customer Administrator. |
Administrators can only make changes to user account invitations with a state of Pending or Sent and can also re-send invitations to users do not action the requests before the expiry time.
