Requesting Front of House (FoH) access and meeting room bookings

Front of house services include meetings rooms, boardrooms and break out rooms only.

IMPORTANT! All visitors must be escorted by a permanent IDAC holder from your tenancy or you can request a NEXTDC escort. Each nominated escort can escort a maximum of 6 visitors. 

  1. In the Main Menu select Requests » New Request.
  2. Click the Organise Facility Access.
  3. Select the type of access and click Next to continue.
  4. Enter the facility access information.
    You can optionally add parking or meeting rooms to your request.
    Parking and room bookings must occur in the same window as your access request.
  5. Click Next to continue.
  6. Add the visitor information.
  7. Click Next to continue.
  8. ONEDC shows the access request summary.
  9. Click Submit to save the access request or click Cancel to quit without saving.
  10. ONEDC shows a summary of the request.
    Review the information and accept the Conditions.
    Click Submit to submit the access request or click Cancel to quit without saving.
  11. ONEDC submits the request and shows a confirmation message.
  12. Click Okay to acknowledge the message.
  13. NEXTDC staff will action the request and provide updates via the ticket number. You can review the request via My Requests.
