IMPORTANT!
You cannot delete a device that is installed in a rack. You must uninstall the device before you can delete the device.
You cannot delete a chassis device with modules. You must uninstall the modules before you can delete the device.
To delete a device:
- Select Services » Devices.
- Search and open the device.
- Click Delete.
NOTE: If the device is installed in a rack, ONEDC shows an error message:
You must uninstall the device before you can delete the device.
For chassis devices with modules installed, ONEDC shows and error message:
You must uninstall the chassis modules before you can delete the device. - ONEDC confirms you want to delete the device.
- Click Confirm to delete the device or click Cancel to quit without saving.
- ONEDC deletes the device.
