Change, recover or reset passwords

If you are logging in to ONEDC via the username/password approach you can follow these steps.
Note: Many organisations will have linked ONEDC with their Single Sign-On (SSO) systems and password management is controlled via those policies and not the ONEDC portal.

The options below will not be available if you are using SSO.

You can manage your password via:

User Profile

  1. Open your User Profile by pressing then user icon in the top right of the menu bar
  2. Click ‘My Profile'
  3. In the Authentication section, click Change Password.
  4. Enter your current password and new password, then re-enter the new password to confirm.
  5. ONEDC updates your password.

Login screen

  1. Open ONEDC and click Login.
  2. Enter your username and click Forgot password.
  3. ONEDC prompts you to enter your username.
  4. Enter your username and click CONTINUE or click CANCEL to quit without saving.
  5. ONEDC sends an email with password recovery information to the registered email address for the account. Click Close to acknowledge and close the message.
  6. Follow the instructions in the email to recover or reset the password.
