Using the Knowledge Base and User Guide

ONEDC provides the following contact points accessible via the Need Help menu in the Main Menu.

  • Knowledge articles are commonly requested work instructions and may also be called “Knowledgebase” or “KB”.
  • The User Guide is this document and provides an extended level of guidance. It is always available via userguide.onedc.com
  • Contact Sales allows you to contact the sales team.
  • Contact Support allows you to raise support requests for anything not managed elsewhere.

To help with searching and filtering, work instructions are assigned to 1+ “categories”. You can search for a specific term and then filter the results to show results for specific categories.

To search for an article:

  1. Select Help » Knowledge Articles:
  2. To search for an article, enter the terms on the search bar.
  3. You can optionally add filters as desired.
  4. To view an article, click the article.
  5. ONEDC shows the article and a list of related articles to help you access additional information.
  6. Click an article to view the article or click the Knowledge Articles link to return to the Knowledgebase page.
