Managing an existing network

Managing a network includes setting network information including protocols, subnet masks and IP address allocations.

NOTE: ONEDC validates the information when creating racks and adding devices. For example, the IPv4 subnet mask is 255.255.255.0; the IPv6 subnet mask is FFFF:FFFF:FFFF:FFFF::

To manage an existing network:

  1. In the Main Menu select Services » Networks and select the network.
  2. Click the pencil icon next to Network Details to Edit.
  3. ONEDC shows the network information.
  4. Update the information and click Save to save or click Cancel to quit without saving.
  5. ONEDC updates the network information.
