Creating a new General Support Request
If none of the above request types are suitable, you may also use the General Sales or General Support Requests. However, we recommend trying the above options first to received faster service.
To create a general request:
- Select Need Help? from the main menu.
- Select Contact Sales or Contact Support as appropriate.
- Complete the applicable fields shown.
- Click Next.
- ONEDC shows a summary of the request.
- Accept the Privacy Policy checkbox.
- Click Submit to submit the request or click Cancel to quit without deleting.
- ONEDC shows a confirmation message indicating the support request was successfully created.
- Click Okay to continue.
- NEXTDC staff will action the request and provide updates via the ticket number.
