Booking a parking space
You can book parking to reserve a secure car spot for your next facility visit.
To book a parking reservation:
- In the Main Menu select Requests » New Request.
- In the Quick Bookings area, click Parking.
- Select the Facility and select the Driver:
- To add yourself as a driver, select Add myself.
- To add a different driver, Search and select a driver. If the driver is not in the list, you can add a new contact (see next step).
- To add a new contact, click Add New Contact and follow the steps in Invite a new ONEDC user/add a new contact.
- The selected driver appears in the list.
- To remove a driver, click Delete.
- Click Next to continue.
- ONEDC shows the Parking Date/Time page which shows the total number of available spaces for the facility, and any current reservations for the selected driver.
NOTE: Time is displayed in the local time zone for the selected facility.
NOTE: If your booking is part of a facility access request, the parking booking is restricted to the same window as your access request. - Use the Calendar Select the date and time window for your booking, enter your vehicle registration details and then press Save.
- Your space request will be validated against currently available space. Press “Okay”.
- To adjust the time, view the currently allocated time on the left of the screen, press the X to remove this time slot and reselect the requested time.
- Click Next to continue
- Review the request details. If correct, review and then accept the Conditions and press Submit.
- The request appears in All Requests under Quick Booking. After booking, you can request any changes by adding a Case Comment to the request.
- A confirmation email is also sent to the driver once the parking reservation has been approved.
